Lolita meetup, accessories and Scott Pilgrim

Attended my first Lolita Circle meetup, yesterday. It was very cozy!
I was also so happy to see so many girls, having a very good grasp of how to make a great loli outfit!!
We meet at 12.00 and all went to Konditori Antoinette, a very cute café with enough room to house bigger groups (normally a bit of a problem in Copenhagen).
We were 11 in total and I knew 4 of the girls from before, but had a great talk with Anna of Looney Lolita, whom I shared a table with.
I took fewer pictures than I had intended, but I just didn't get the photo vibe. But, there's still some to share:

After the café we decided to head out, to mingle. We went to Thorvaldsen's Museum, which houses the collection of statues that the danish artist Bertel Thorvaldsen made, as well as his collection of paintings, drawings and greek, egyptian and roman antiquities ( canope jars, signet rings and more). I was very occupied with the painted ceilings, which I thought would make great inspiration for a lolita dress print!!

I also fell for this young lad. He's just gorgeous!!

This would make a great print too, I think.
It was just the thing I needed to finish my sketch for a print idea I've been working on.

I had been in two minds about what to wear the whole week, but ended up choosing my "Eat Me Cookie" JSK, even though I was a bit "scared" of the big contrast between the colors in the dress.
I decided to pair it with black pieces, and pink bling. I wanted to go for a more grown up and "expensive" feel. And I think I succeeded!

I wore black circle lenses and fake lashes from Bodyline ( LURVE them! They held all day)

The amount of bling I wore, except for my homemade AP replica necklace,
and my heart pony necklace from Accessorize (where I also got those cute carousel earrings).

~So, I figured I'd show pictures of what I've made and modified lately~

Gross Grain headbow with Swarovski crystals,
silver lace and chubby star pendants (in two sizes).

Cream white gross grain headbow with white lace and "gold" heart studs.
This one still needs the right pendant. I like pendants on my bows :3

My latest pride and joy! A pair of earmuffs with a gross grain headbow,

Swarovski crystals and a tear pendant.

Other side, with plated ribbon, to make it less boring. More crystals, of course XD
I've been contemplating adding pearls to the fur as well. But maybe that' d be too much?

The AWESOME bolero I stumbled across in H&M.
I added (of course) a bow and a sprinkle of pearls.
Are you sick of pearls and bows yet? It seems my solution to anything is to throw pearls and ribbons on it XD

I ended the day with Keon, checking out the Halloween decorations at Tivoli (forgot to take pictures.) and then hit the movies and saw Scott Pilgrim vs. The World.
It's. Awesome.ly.WEIRD!
